Welcome Classmates!
Welcome to my blog: The Psychological & Spiritual Aspects of Our Wellbeing!
How did everyone do on the Relaxation Exercise? I did the relaxation exercise, and I had put my daughter down for a nap with me when I did this exercise, and she was out like a light! I found the exercise to be very calminga, relaxing, and surprise to see it was as energising as it was.
Was that ou instructor providing the exercise?
The voice of the conductor on this exercise alone was very relaxing, and the exercise was great on focusing on our shoulders and hands, was warming by our thoughts following the exer.I did this exercise twice, it was great, tell me what you think about it!
Hi Anna,
ReplyDeleteI agree, this relaxation technique is a fantastic introduction in the world of focused relaxation. It gives step by step instruction and also suggests ways to best achieve feelings of total relaxation in specific areas along with sensations and feelings that might be experienced.
I think practicing this exercise and the many more we experience in this course are going to open more doors for us, as well of releiving stressors, allowing our mond, body, and spirit to empathize in our professional practices.
ReplyDeleteHello Anna,
ReplyDeleteTo be honest with you I was suprised to be learning this stuff in college. I find it refreshing and wonderful because I have been exposed to meditation and relaxation techniques for quite some time now. The Success programs and various books I have read suggests a global awakening of spiritual consciousness. I am excited that finally we as beings will evolve to the next level civilization.
It was quite a surprise, but the greatest thing to learn in school like you said. I have always beleived in the book or movie the secret" beleiving is achieving", and so but there are still those times when you need uplifting and some of these exercises are the best in relaxation.
