Unit 4 Mind-Body-Spirit Paradigm

 The Mind-Body-Spirit Paradigm

Experiencing the ocean background was soothing, the voice was a little unsettling in the sense of having the ability to relax, but I was able to make connection, understand, and practice during this guide. If it weren’t for the sound of water it would have been very difficult to follow. My understanding was that in our findings in our selves we are to share this loving kindness to those we are not familiar with, and I was able to connect that with my weekly volunteering at the food bank a way for me to give back to the community in which I have received much help in resources. I believe that it is affective to treat others as you want to be treated, if we follow a way of life that makes us whole considering it is happiness, loving, and unity that brings us together will implement others to want the same, see that there are alternatives, but if we can’t give others the visual in which we also practice it wouldn’t be so productive. This course and this lesson were right on in concept of following the integral way of living. Let there be no limit to what you can do, allow room for improvement, and live by example by daily repetition. I think I have come a long way; I have been inspired to never say never, do all that I can, set an example for others to lead, and to help all those that just need the right guidance or inspiration to gain for their own beliefs and overcoming’s.

  1. Hi
    Nice post!
i totally agree on your post because in first place we have to be "nice" and "cool" people with others because always we want be treated as same. and also there is a good thinking when you said i never go back ! that is a very motivated world.
